Oxy Systems Announces New Partnership Agreements with EuropaMP3.org and Saïko Records

Partnerships Support New phling! Mobile Music Promotion Program and Advance Mobile Music Discovery Initiatives

CTIA WIRELESS, Orlando, Fla. — March 28, 2007 — Oxy Systems, Inc., a leading developer of mobile music social networking services, today announced new partnership agreements with EuropaMP3.org (www.EuropaMP3.org) and Saïko Records (www.saikorecords.com), both of Switzerland. Through these agreements, Oxy Systems will host a sampling of music from artists currently featured in the EuropaMP3 and Saïko catalogs within the phling!® network. This agreement will also foster cross-promotion of phling! and each of the companies’ recording artists by offering links on the phling! web site (http://www.phling.com) to both the EuropaMP3.org and Saïko Records websites. Each of the companies will in turn include a link to the phling! website.

Since EuropaMP3.org is an online music store as well as an avenue for artists to promote and manage their music, Oxy Systems intends to become a mobile extension of their services, offering phling! subscribers a mobile platform for directly purchasing the music they discover through phling!.

"Oxy Systems’ partnerships with EuropaMP3.org and Saïko Records are just the beginning of the initiatives we plan to roll out to broaden mobile music discovery through the phling! Mobile Music Promotion Program, unveiled at the CTIA Wireless yesterday," said Mike Krasner, president of Oxy Systems. "In addition to being a powerful and fun way for young mobile subscribers to easily listen to, share and discover new music, the phling! Mobile Music Promotion Program helps independent artists promote their music to the target audience that is most likely to purchase new music and ringtones for their phones. We are thrilled that these companies have partnered with Oxy Systems and are in synch with our vision for driving mobile music discovery and its associated revenue stream. We look forward to a solid and long-standing relationship with both companies."

The phling! Mobile Music Promotion Program lets musicians involved with EuropaMP3.org and Saïko Records to gain important feedback from subscribers through text messages on the musicians’ personal bulletin boards. In addition, they can receive detailed behavioral statistics from Oxy Systems on what tracks are being listened to most, as well as the rate at which subscribers are listening to songs and what they are saying to their friends about the music. This new program also gives independent record labels the ability to showcase new artists and music.

"We are excited that EuropaMP3.org’s independent recording artists will now have an opportunity to promote their music through the popular phling! mobile music and social networking service," commented Bernard Barut, president of EuropaMP3.org. "While there is an assortment of mobile music services in the market, only phling! combines mobile music and social networking with a unique promotions program that encourages music discovery and increases music sales revenue for everyone from mobile operators to the independent musicians."
