London, UK and Lausanne, Switzerland, 09 July 2007, Oxy Systems, developer of phling!, the mobile music social networking service, today announced its partnership with media company Edipresse Switzerland, to enable customers of Orange Switzerland, Sunrise and Swisscom Mobile to use their mobile phones to browse, listen and share music and to discover new music from Edipresse's Internet-based radio stations*, independent artists and labels, and from other users in the phling! community.

phling! is aimed at mobile operators, media communities and the music industry enabling them to give their target customers the first truly interactive community–based mobile music experience.

Launched in Switzerland to coincide with the Montreux Jazz Festival and Paleo Nyon Festival, subscribers to the phling! service, in addition to accessing their own PC-based music, will be able to rate and recommend songs, find the most played songs, discover what friends are listening to, and browse the mobile phling! community, all from their mobile phone. The service will cost subscribers 7 Swiss Francs (4.2 €) per month and includes all associated mobile data charges.

The phling! service will be promoted through Edipresse's print and web sites properties in the run up to and during the 41^st Montreux Jazz Festival taking place 6^th–21^st July in Switzerland and will be available to all Orange, Sunrise and Swisscom Mobile customers. Consumers in Switzerland who wish to subscribe to the service simply need to text "EDI Music" to 979.

Switzerland is the first market in Europe where Edipresse Switzerland has bundled the phling! service in partnership with operators where the data charges are in one, simple flat monthly fee. The phling! service is available to mobile operators across Europe for deployment.
