Founded in 2003, Oxy Systems has its headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Our mission is to create a mobile social networking service that wireless carriers can deploy that brings together music and personal and extended social groups to drive data revenues, attract new subscribers, and reduce churn.

Oxy Systems has developed phling!,^® a mobile network service that enables teens and young adults to connect to all their media stored on their home computer and to their community of friends. As phling! is a hosted service, wireless operators can very rapidly deploy the service and begin reaping the benefits without having to make significant capital investment.
